booooooks~! xD
If addiction is a sin, I'm a hardcore but yet guiltless sinner for books. And more books! haha.
I would raise both my hands and legs to plead guilty with overwhelming joy.

This is a simple, understandable guide book for marketing dummies. The number of pages and words are less than a Cleo or Seventeen Magazine, but the content may be a shining light for one's career path.
I stood in Kino for 1 hour and completed the other book of the series: Clueless in Advertising~! haha.
Some takeaways:
Crush Advertising: Singapore's Number 1 Advertising Agency
America Madison Avenue: The term "Madison Avenue" is often used metonymically for advertising, and Madison Avenue became identified with the advertising industry after the explosive growth in this area in the 1920s. By 1861 there were 20 advertising agencies in New York City, and in 1911, the New York City Association of Advertising Agencies was founded here.
The 3 legendary icons:
a)
Bill Bernbach: He revoluntionised advertising in the 1960s by making it wittier, more intelligent and occationally very irreverent. I personally love his
We Try Harder series for Avis, he made No. 2ism rock~~~~~!!! =D
b)
David Ogilvy: Often known as The Father of Advertising.
Quote: "In the modern world of business, it is useless to be a creative, original thinker unless you can also sell what you create."
c)
Leo Burnett: Named one the the world's most influential person in 20th century by Times, his famous works included Tony the Tiger (Kellogg's Frosted Flakes) and Jolly Green Giant (symbol of Green Gient food company of US)

Oh ho ho ho! Here comes another book by Jim Aitchison!
Cutting Edge Advertising is an international bestseller since the first edition. I borrowed the book during my last visit to the library and immediately fell in love with its enriching content.
Being a possessive bibliophile, I simply couldn't wait to get hold of this book for myself!!! x)
Though $50.29 can really be a pinch to the heart.... haha.
But i firmly believe that books are the most valuable and appreciating investment in the world. Nothing beats the joy of acquiring knowledge.
Come,
admire the fine prints,
smell the fresh paper,
touch the smooth pages,
stroke the edgy backbone,
and dance with the everlasting words
that will endure the passage of time. (:
